How do I make a purchase on your Web site?
Making a purchase is convenient, safe and secure. You can log in and create a profile that will be stored under your own personal password that we do not have access to, or simply click ‘add to cart’ and proceed to checkout. How do I contact the seller about an item?
Under each product, you can see the seller information. By clicking on the seller's name, the store page will open and you can message the seller.
Where can I find Site's rules?
You have access to the "Terms & Conditions" under the Quick Links in the bottom of each page.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes, if you return the product in the same condition as you rent it before the due date, it will be refunded to you. Otherwise, the seller has the right to deduct some or whole amount of security deposit.
Do you have a free return on rental items?
It depends on the seller's shipping rules. You can find that out in each product description.
Can I sell or rent DVDs?
As long as the content of DVD is not against the website rules and it follows the copyright rules you are allowed to list it. Otherwise, we may remove the listing and close your store without any prior notice.
Can I list books in any language?
Yes, you can open your store to sell or rent books in any language.
Can I list Audiobooks or Digital version of books?
No, you are not allowed to do so, unless you own the copyright of that product.(e.g you are allowed to list the Audio book recorded by yourself).
Do you ship products worldwide?
No, make sure to order the products from the sellers located in your country of residency.
Check out the sellers shipping rules before make an order, some sellers only ship to local.
